Manufacturing Process

  • Discarded cartons, newspapers, and magazines are pulped
  • Impurities are separated from the pulp slurry.
  • The pulp is moulded into the precision design and is further dried
  • Moulded trays are pressed for accurate finishing.
  • Edges of the trays are trimmed
  • For speciality products, the parts may undergo a variety of after-pressing, debossing or special treatments.
  • Quality Inspection
